What do i replace an egg with while cooking

Are you a vegetarian and you love to bake? the most difficult part is to find what to replace your egg with? Here's a list of things which can add volume to your recipe without adding eggs and also give you the same taste so why regret being a vegetarian when you can bake your cake, make mousse without adding egg. These substitutes of eggs have more calorie content and are also healthier.

1)Banana Puree:
Banana pulp is composed of soft, easily digestible flesh with simple sugars like fructose and sucrose that when eaten replenishes energy and revitalizes the body instantly, thus for these qualities, bananas are being used by athletes to get instant energy and as a supplement food in the treatment plan for underweight children.

2)Apple puree:

 ·         Apples are low in calories; 100 g of fresh fruit slices provide only 50 calories. The fruits are however, contain no saturated fats or cholesterol; but rich in dietary fiber, which helps, prevent absorption of dietary cholesterol in the gut. The dietary fibers also help protect the mucous membrane of the colon from exposure to toxic substances by binding to cancer causing chemicals in the colon.
·         Apple fruit contains good quantities of vitamin-C and beta-carotene. Vitamin C is a powerful natural antioxidant. Consumption of foods rich in vitamin C helps body develop resistance against infectious agents and scavenge harmful, pro-inflammatory free radicals from the body.

3)Tofu:
:One half-cup serving of raw firm tofu contains10.1grams of protein.

:One half-cup serving of raw firm tofu contains 94calories.

:For each 100 calorie serving, tofu contains 11 grams of protein

:By comparison, 100 calories of ground beef provides 8.9 grams of protein,
and a 100 calorie serving of cheese contains 6.2 grams.

:One half-cup serving of raw firm tofu contains 5 grams of fat.
: Half cup of grinded tofu will substitute 1 egg.

4)Agar Agar:
Like ordinary gelatin, agar is flavorless and becomes gelatinous when it's
dissolved in water, heated, and then cooled.Agar, though, gels more
firmly than gelatin and it sets and melts at a higher temperature it can
even set at room temperature.Agar, like gelatin,is full of protein but it
also contains the rich array of minerals one would expect from seaweed.
To use agar, just soak it in the liquid for about 15 minutes bring it to a gentle boil then simmer while stirring until it's
completely dissolved. The liquid will gel as it cools.Acids weakens agar's
gelling power, so if you're firming an acidic liquid, use more.Like gelatin,
agar will break down if exposed to the enzymes of certain raw fruits, like
kiwi fruit,papayas,pineapple,peaches,mangoes,guavas and figs.
Cooking these fruits, though, destroys the enzymes. If you plan to add
any of these fruits to a gelatin salad, it's a good idea to buy them in cans,
since all canned fruit is pre-cooked.
2 tbspn water mixed with 2 tspn of oil and 2 tspn of baking powder will substitute 1 egg.

5)Flax seeds:
The flax seed carries one of the biggest nutrient payloads on the planet.
And while it’s not technically a grain, it has a similar vitamin and mineral
profile to grains, while the amount of antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids
in flax leaves grains in the dust.Omega-3 fatty acids are a key force
against inflammation in our bodies.Mounting evidence shows that
inflammation plays a part in many chronic diseases including heart disease,
arthritis, asthma, diabetes, and even some cancers. This inflammation is
enhanced by having too little Omega-3 intake (such as in fish, flax, and
walnuts), especially in relation to Omega-6 fatty acid intake (in oils such
as soy and corn oil). In the quest to equalize the ratio of these two kinds
of oils, flax seed can be a real help.Since flax has such a high fiber
content it's best to start with a small amount and increase slowly;
otherwise, cramping and a "laxative effect" can result. People with irritable
bowel may have an especially strong reaction to it and should be extra
careful.Grind the flax seed with water. 1tbspn of flax seed will substitute 1egg.

6)Tomato,potato and oats puree:
Grind together tomato, potato and oats with little water and you may substitute it with eggs in mousse.
